The mission of Clúster del Turismo de Extremadura is to confront the big challenge that supposes this initiative, where the first step is to become aware of the entrepreneurship of Extremadura to make it cooperate with other entrepreneurs, to share experiences and ideas. Likewise, we have to enhance the professionalism of the sector with personalized training, professional coaching, and consultancy in the different areas of business management (finances, marketing, human resources…) As well as facilitating the information, if possible “prepared to digest”, enhance the meetings and the debate forums between entrepreneurs, veterans and innovators.
As a summary, it´s mission is to improve the competitiveness of the tourism sector in the region of Extremadura.
