One of the projects chosen was that of the Tourist Apartments “Las Cuatro Esquinas”, in collaboration with the creative company Atakama and the data and digitalisation expert Optitur. The aim of this collaboration is to develop a project on cultural implementation and data collection.

The main objective is to get momentum for this sector and to increase the variables for measuring data on tastes, profiles, impact of culture and technology, etc. Technology plays an important role in two ways: the generation of virtual spaces for the implementation of activities and data management to consolidate the offer and to be able to draw up a digital marketing plan with guarantees of reaching the greatest number of users/tourists.

The evolution of digital tools in the tourism sector has advanced significantly in the last 5 years, the adaptation of the company to technology is part of survival and this project explores new direct marketing techniques to reduce intermediation costs and improve web visibility, as we believe that when the customer finds an immersive experience in the main channel, 90% of the direct booking is assured; when data is missing, images are not taken care of or the discourse is weak, the customer senses it. This is why we work on improving the digital experience to bring customers to our booking portal more easily.

GRAN HOTEL DON MANUEL

One of the projects chosen was that of the Gran Hotel Don Manuel, in collaboration with the creative company Amantes de Mentes and the professional data and digitalization expert Juan José Cerezo.

The aim of this project is to offer customers an intense, brief but participative artistic experience and a wide range of resources to complement their visits to cultural destinations.

The basic point of the project is based on the idea of living with artists of any discipline (plastic arts, painting, sculpture, cinema, theater…) to share their knowledge with those interested in workshops, happenings, seminars, etc., and to be able to participate in the creative activity.

Current trends in tourism go a step beyond “storytelling” and we want to turn them into “storyliving”, offering experiences that must be carried out with professionalism and respect for the creative space that is created around an artist. This is our value proposition.
