The Extremaduran Network of Rural Development (REDEX), founded in 1998, is a non-profit entity that brings together the 24 Local Action Groups in Extremadura. Its main mission is to represent its associates to various administrations and coordinate with them for the effective implementation of development programs in the region. Additionally, it serves as an informative platform, a forum for the exchange of experiences and cooperation, and promotes projects of general interest for the benefit of the Extremaduran rural environment.
